SHERIFF NORMAN NEAL
RURAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR SELFLESS PUBLIC SERVICE
Douglas County's Sheriff Norman Neal epitomizes integrity, one's accountability, and unbridled love for family and selfless service to community. Sheriff Neal will be unmatched with 56 years in public service, starting from the day he graduated Roseburg High School to serve his four years in the Air Force. Sheriff Neal's public service did not end with his retirement as two-term Douglas County Sheriff in 1989. He continued as a volunteer for the Search and Rescue until 2015.
Just like Sheriff Neal, the teams at Egbert y Cruz LLC and QuadZerø™ Cognitive Intelligence to turnover every data point to get to the truth. Relentlessly strive to treat everyone fair and equitable regardless of their walks in life.
We honor Shane's granddaddy's legacy by helping our fellow rural Oregonians and Hawaiians through scholarship. We seek our clients to fund these often forgotten to seek future endeavors in public service. The scholarships we seek to fund, does not discriminate based on need nor ability--just a genuine will to succeed and getting into a school that will broaden their skills as public servants.
Hence, in many instances we will elect not to take our contingency. We ask our clients to make a tax deductible donate in the respective schools alumni fund in honoring our Sheriff Neal's legacy:
